Wasn’t it sweet to give and receive gifts from the ones we love on Valentine’s Day? What an amazing feeling it is to share “life” together and give of ourselves to others.
Each Saturday night at Life Church, we all have an opportunity to give to others by serving as a volunteer. I watch in amazement as volunteers prepare snacks, set up tables and chairs, make coffee, hold babies, teach our children, greet our guests and a myriad of other details that make Life Church a welcoming refuge to those who enter our doors. This gift of service to others requires such a small amount of time but is such a blessing to so many.
Would you be willing to give this special gift once a month, or twice a month? We could use your help in the nursery, teaching or helping our children in the Kindergarten-5th grade, setting out the snacks for our fellowship time and serving on the sound or media board (we can train you).
