Launch Team

God leads through leaders. According to Ephesians 4:11, Christ appoints pastoral leaders who submit to the oversight of an apostolic leader. Life Church is submitted to the authority of Mark Pfeifer and the Soma Family.

We have also appointed a group of people who meet regularly with us to serve as the “Launch Team” for this new ministry. They are the foundational group of problem-solvers and vision-casters under my direction, acting as servants to see that this new work is launched in a biblical and practical manner.

We see this group as the booster rockets that will get Life Church off the ground and then, like the space shuttle boosters, fall away in six months to a year as Jason and I prayerfully select a panel of couples to serve in Leadership. Like the church in Acts, ordained leaders will become apparent and the leading of the Holy Spirit will determine exactly who will help lead Life Church.
